Gold Key 4$ | CHP...? | 2002

A hybrid between a jewel and technical object, Gold Key $4 was a statement related to the idea of the emerging new digital economy of the early ‘90s and the application and platform developers who got rich overnight, both legally and illegally. “Gold key $4” is a replica of the original number 4$ key, but made of gold. Like a prosthesis, it replaces its namesake key on a computer keyboard.
