Here the icon is in the form of a flower with its root, the figure referred to in the new text on the staircase, “Le radici devono havere fiducia nei fiori” (the roots must have faith in the flowers). This icon, similar to OPEN II, allows for movement: two people connect the flower to its root, positioning pieces of the stem in order to emphasize the meaning of the phrase.
