Martí Guixé has used design to talk about food for over twenty years. The exhibition Food Projects is a time capsule of this work, including the projects Sponsored Food, the Solar Kitchen Restaurant, Digital Food and the new Digital DARK Food. Taken together, they present a clear temporal and contextual vision.
